Celeryville Christian School welcomes homeschoolers to participate in our activities and events. Any student enrolled part time at CCS would receive the services below included in their tuition costs. Tuition fees are based on the number of hours the part time student would attend.

 Field Trips: Children and parents are invited and encouraged to attend.  Each child attending will have to meet the same requirements as an enrolled student, including any fees associated with the trip.

Assemblies: Children and parents are invited and encouraged to attend. If CCS students are charged a fee, home school children would be expected to pay the same fee.

Chapel Services: Children are invited and encouraged to attend. Chapel is held each Wednesday morning from 8:00 to 8:30. If you would like to be notified of special speakers, the secretary would be happy to call you.

Sporting Teams: Home school students are invited and encouraged to participate. They would follow the policies set forth for non-CCS student participation.

STAR Reading Test: Tests are normally given at least twice a year. Home schooled children are invited to be scored at a cost of $5.00 for each test taken. These tests establish the reading level your child has attained.

Iowa Test: Each spring, CCS students are given an Iowa Test. These tests rank the child’s score against those of other children in the same grade. Home school children are invited to sit for these tests and will be charged a fee to cover the cost of the testing material and scoring fee.
